Friends of Bilsborrow School – FOBS

 

We have a very active PTA known as FOBS, (Friends of Bilsborrow School).

 

FOBS organise fundraisers such as our Annual Village Jumble Sale and many fun family social events such as Beetle/snowman drives, treasure hunts and bingo nights. The committee try to plan a variety of events to suit everyone; we are always open to new suggestions and ideas!
 

The money raised by FOBS events is always spent on a wide variety of things for the school, to ensure that all children benefit whatever their age and interests. It is often used to support the costs of Educational Visits and trips and has paid for outdoor play equipment and classroom resources in recent years.

 

The committee meets approximately 4 times a year and everyone is welcome to the meetings. The committee can be contacted at bursar@johncross.lancs.sch.uk
